• Registration refunds are subject to a $20.00 administration fee per player until April 21, 2024.  No refunds will be issued after this date. 

 

• Full refunds may be given in special circumstances, after review, consideration and approval by the Executive Board.

 

• All refund requests should be directed to the treasurer.

 

• Cheques returned NSF are subject to a $35.00 charge.
